Jeff Kolar

Jeff Kolar is a musician, video, sound and graphic artist working in the Midwest. Alternative art galleries, video festivals, and experimental music venues have presented Kolarʼs interdisciplinary sound and video works both nationally and internationally. He is the grandson of an ex-military radio operator and has a history of trespassing to land. He spent the majority of his youth riding a BMX bicycle around the country with friends. After one too many injuries, he hasn’t slowed down too much. He is a recent graduate of the New Media department and Informatics Institute at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
