Our mission is to distribute and archive works of time-based art. Each issue highlights artists working in new or experimental media, whose works are best documented in video or sound.

Kimburley Choi

Dr Kimburley Choi teaches Cultural Studies at the School of Creative Media at City University of Hong Kong. She is the author of Remade in Hong Kong: How Hong Kong People Use Hong Kong Disneyland. Her essays have appeared in Urban Studies, Cultural Studies Review and Social Semiotics. Her research interests include local uptakes within globalized environments, consumption, popular culture, visual ethnography, and art and activism. She is currently doing research on Hong Kong experimental visual ethnography.
