Julie Rodrigues Widholm

Julie Rodrigues Widholm is Assistant Curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago. She is currently organizing two major exhibitions—MCA EXPOSED: Defining Moments in Photography, 1967-2007, and Escultura Social: A New Generation of Art from Mexico City. Widholm Rodrigues has curated solo exhibitions of work by artists including Jose Damasceno, Julian Opie, Valerie Hegarty, Dianna Frid, and Julia Oldham. Her forthcoming curatorial projects include Exposed: Defining Moments in Photography from the MCA Collection and Escultura Social: A New Generation of Art from Mexico City. Rodrigues Widholm received her MA in Art History, Theory & Criticism from The School of the Art Institute in Chicago.
