Our mission is to distribute and archive works of time-based art. Each issue highlights artists working in new or experimental media, whose works are best documented in video or sound.

I-Yeh Wu

Born in 1984 in Taipei, Taiwan. Mr. Wu studied BFA Theatre Design and Technology at the Taipei National University of Arts. He had participated in a number of productions with professional theater groups in Taiwan. After graduating with a BFA, he joined military service and served in a special force as a parachuter for 18 months. In 2009, he shifted his direction toward computer arts. His works have been selected for group shows in Europe and Taiwan. In 2011, I-Yeh graduated from Goldsmiths, University of London, with a MFA in Computational Studio Arts. He currently lives and works in London.

The works made by I-Yeh Wu are normally driven by his curiosity in technologies which we can easily access in everyday life. He tries to understand how they work and slightly changes the way they should be used in order to deliver his personal philosophy and to prompt viewers to use their different perspectives to respond to it.
